About Me

Growing up as a Pakistani in South London, I found it difficult to pursue art in an environment where creativity wasn't always encouraged or taken seriously. Despite this, I've always been surrounded by art and drawn to its ability to tell stories, express emotions and communicate what words often can't.

My work is influenced by my upbringing, culture, identity and the people around me. I see art as more than something visually appealing; it's a way to challenge perspectives, question ideas and communicate messages that might otherwise go unheard.

Ultimately, I create because I love art and believe in its ability to make people think and feel. I don't expect everyone to interpret my work in the same way, but I hope each piece leaves someone with something to think about.
